About the Exhibition
Denmead Art Exhibition is an annual exhibition organised and run by All Saints Church and is usually held around the end of September each year. The dates for 2025 will be 27th / 28th of September. The venue for the show is the Church Hall, All Saints Church, Denmead, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 6NN.
This exhibition is not associated with any particular art group .Our policy is to welcome work from anyone who may wish to submit some – there is no assessment or selection process.
Summary of Entry Requirements:
Each Artist may submit up to 12 works, comprising the following:
- Up to 4 works for hanging.
- Up to 4 Miniatures. Maximum size 7” x 5”.
- Up to 4 Unframed pictures, to be entered in our portfolio racks.

All exhibits must be for sale, and must be completely the artist’s own work. We do not accept pieces made from craft kits etc. or photography.

Download the entry form, read carefully the full requirements, and list the works you wish to submit.
The completed entry form should be sent to:
Denmead Art Exhibition, Parish Office, All Saints Church, Denmead PO7 6NN.
These must be received no later than Monday 15th September 2025. Later entries can not be included.
Delivery of Exhibits: Please hand in the exhibits at the Church Hall between 4.30pm and 6.00pm on Friday 26th September.
Display of Exhibits. The set-up and display of the exhibition is carried out by the organisers and their team, and we do not group artists’ work together in one location except in the case of miniatures which may be displayed in sets if appropriate.
Collection of Unsold Exhibits: All unsold exhibits must be collected from the Church Hall on Sunday 28th September between 4.45 and 6.00pm.
Payments. We will ask artists who have sold paintings to provide their bank details to enable us to make a payment for work sold. If preferred, alternatively we could pay by cheque.
Safety of Exhibits: No responsibility will be taken for loss of, or damage to, exhibits – but as in previous years great care will be taken and an all night watch will be kept on the hall.
Commission: A 20% commission will be taken on all sales.
